ICEWINE Our world renowned icewine boasts intense flavours, rich bouquets and unsurpassed smoothness. Icewine is produced from grapes that have been left to freeze naturally on the vine after the fall harvest. When temperatures dip to below -8°C the frozen grapes are hand picked and pressed immediately. This concentrates the natural sugars of the grapes to produce a thick and rich nectar – liquid gold.
